Convert still AVIF images to widely compatible JPG (JPEG) for older software and upload forms. JPG output is selected above. Choose quality and optional resizing, then download the converted files.
JPG is lossy, so a conversion may lose detail and may increase file size. Keep your source AVIF files if you need their original information.
AVIF color and transparency limits
Transparent AVIF areas are filled with the background selected in settings. Output uses 8-bit color, and HDR tone mapping and embedded color-profile preservation are not implemented.
Animated AVIF and AVIF files with embedded crop metadata are rejected. Source EXIF and GPS metadata are removed from the output.
